个人简介:
祁文杰,男,汉族,1989年12月生,重庆开州人,中共党员,博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事热管理技术、燃料电池技术等相关领域研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、省部级项目4项;以第一作者发表SCI学术期刊论文10余篇,获授权国家发明专利6项,出版专著1部,参与起草团体标准1项。重庆市科技局项目评审专家,Applied Catalysis B-Environmental、Chemical Engineering Journal、International Journal of Hydrogen Energy等期刊审稿人。
